stuttgart based musician Markus Zink obtained his bachelor degree 'jazz-drums' as a student of Manfred Kniel, Michael Kiedaisch and Eckhard Stromer at HMDK Stuttgart (2008 - 2013). he took master studies from 2014 to 2016 at HFM Dresden under the guidance of Prof. Sebastian Merk and Prof. Eric Schaefer. his own work reaches from contemporary to improvised music.
as a sideman he is working with e.g. Florian Vogel Trio, MIKIO, clq, soundWerk, kffrrmnn, Kaj Duncan David (performing '4c0st1ctr1g3r') and others on contemporary and improvised music.
